My work begins with the brain: how it's wired, how it responds to stress, & how those patterns shape your lived experience. By exploring both the biological and existential foundations of behavior, we can untangle what’s keeping you stuck & build a more intentional, aligned way forward. Before becoming a therapist, I was a lifelong entrepreneur. Over the years, I built and sold six businesses & led teams through high-stakes challenges. I bring that lived insight into the therapy room, especially with clients navigating burnout, identity shifts, or a quiet sense that something isn’t working anymore.
I work primarily from an existential framework, drawing from neuroscience, philosophy, & systems theory. I believe therapy is a courageous practice of turning inward—confronting regrets, re-evaluating old narratives, & recognizing our power to choose differently. Together, we’ll examine your patterns, schemas, & inner narratives to move toward clarity.
Therapy can be serious work—but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I bring humor, curiosity, & directness to every session, holding space for real exploration and movement. Whether you're a creative, a leader, or someone simply asking "What now?"—I’d be honored to walk with you through the work.
