Do you take insurance or offer out-of-pocket rates?

At Antieau & Co., we are primarily a private pay practice. Some of our clinicians are individually paneled with insurance providers, and in those cases, coverage may be available. We also offer superbills for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Our team is happy to walk you through your options to find what works best for you.

What should I expect from the first session?

The first session is all about building rapport and creating a safe space for connection. Is therapy confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy matters deeply to us. All therapy sessions are protected under HIPAA and held in strict confidence. The only exceptions involve legal or safety-related circumstances, which your therapist will explain clearly at the start of your work together.
