Overview

Let’s keep it real—life can be heavy, confusing, and a lot to carry on your own. Therapy with me is collaborative, candid, and human. I use a blend of person-centered therapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in who you are. No overly clinical jargon or “how does that make you feel?” overkill. Just honest, meaningful work toward feeling more like you.

I’m also a big believer that growth doesn’t require perfection—it just requires showing up.

Outside of the therapy world, I’m all about cozy vibes, comfy clothes, catching up on the latest shows, and soaking up time with my family and our Golden Retriever. I bring that same energy into my work: relaxed, down-to-earth, and always genuine.
